I bought a pillow spray and sleep balm, as my sleep pattern has been dreadful for a long time. I find it difficult to switch off and relax. Both products are so lovely, The sleep balm is a very light and smooth cream with a beautiful scent. The pillow spray is lovely and surrounds you with a lovely floral and relaxing scent.
